How to surf

Surfing

Surfing is a sport of passionate people feeling the intensity with rushes of adrenaline combined with the power of the nature: the ocean. It is a water sport in which surfers ride breaking waves into shore on a surfboard. This sport can be practiced by people at all levels of ability.

California, Hawaii, and Australia are particularly associated with surfing, but surf spots can be found all over the world.

Surf is not as easy as it seems to be and it takes time to learn, even the basics. You need tenacity, to be a pretty strong swimmer and to be quite physically fit as being always in the water is very tiring! Yes… be ready to have arm soreness! The thing is, don’t be scared before you start catching the wave, don’t think about anything, just enjoy… you will have the feeling of flying.

Some surfers are constantly pushing their limits to experience the best of surfing. Check out this video of Laird Hamilton surfing a giant wave!
